In August 2024, I took on the role of a Freelance Wedding Custom Designer and independently created all the custom wedding stationery for my own wedding. This included designing cartoon couple portraits, invitations, menus, place cards, and thank-you cards. The entire design was inspired by our love story and the wedding venue, making each piece personal and meaningful.

Problem

The project had a few big challenges. First, figuring out how to personalize the designs by blending the wedding venue and our cartoon couple portraits to make everything feel unique and special. Next, making sure the designs weren’t just pretty but also full of meaning, really capturing our love story. And finally, keeping a consistent style across all the stationery while making sure everything fit perfectly with the whole vibe of the wedding.

1. Make Each Design Special: Use the wedding venue and couple portraits to create unique and personalized stationery.
2. Add Meaning: Design everything to tell our love story, making the pieces feel more meaningful, not just pretty.
3. Keep Things Consistent: Make sure all the stationery has a matching style that fits perfectly with the wedding theme. </aside>
