About Project

DADA Growth Hack Team is a hands-on new media group that supports the growth of local small businesses, established companies, and traditional enterprises. The focus is on managing online brand accounts and boosting online sales to increase brand presence and drive growth. In collaboration with leading local companies, "CREATEAM" was launched as an initiative to share resources and provide re-education in the local new media industry.

Problem

In this project, the team assisted a well-established local Chinese real estate company in its shift to the emerging senior care industry. The transition involved major challenges like redefining market positioning, attracting a new target audience, and developing senior care products that fit market needs. Given the significant differences between traditional real estate and the senior care sector, the company had to deeply understand the specific needs of the senior care market and create products and services tailored for the elderly and their families.
